Mix (Blending)

Coffee blends should consist of varieties that have delicate acidity in moderation so as not to taste sour.

The taste structure should be multi-peaked and solid so that it creates an impressive sensation every time the coffee passes the tongue.

Because each of our customers uses espresso in a slightly different operating environment, we strive to create an espresso that gives an outstanding result regardless of where the espresso is made.

For this reason we blend together a variety of first-class green coffees, each with particular aroma and taste properties.
