THE RIGHT ROAST
The secret to Meinl coffee is our continual effort to produce uncompromising quality.

At Julius Meinl, we use state-of-the-art technology to preserve taste after roasting and prevent premature aging.

Throughout the production process, we keep our beans in an oxygen-free environment, and we flush out all residual oxygen from our coffee packaging.

Preservation of taste also requires purity. Our coffee is cleaned no less than 5 times before being packaged.

Using a variety of processes we take great care in cleaning our coffees, which removes any impurities the coffee may have.

Although we make extensive use of technical analysis and scientific research to guarantee quality, we know that in the end aroma and taste are what really counts. That is why we sample more cups of coffee than any other roaster we know.

We sample our coffees when they are harvested, when they leave their country of origin, when they arrive at our roasting plant, after they have been blended and roasted and after they have been packaged and are ready to be shipped.
