Regular on-site equipment service and support

Our coffee experts will regularly visit your location to conduct quick inspections of the coffee solution and evaluate the equipment performance.

In alignment with customer needs we will speak with members of your team to identify any service issues that may arise.

Our service offer includes the following inspection at customer location:

  • Visual check of coffee Sensory check of coffee (aroma, taste)
  • Temperature check of equipment output
  • Grinder and dose control unit check
  • Visual inspection of seals and connections
  • Inspection of water filter
  • Suggestions on coffee handling routines
  • Communication with equipment manufacturer in case of advanced service issues
