Our logistic partners ship reliably and quickly and you can track your products' progress from our premises in Vienna with your tracking number on the Net. On shipping, you receive a notification from our warehouse that your packages are on their way. So you can easily schedule arrival and receiving of your package.

Our ground coffees are vacuum packed, ensuring your coffee stays fresh and flavorful for many weeks. Packaging foils used are generally hard-wearing and reliable. However, they can be damaged if subjected to hard knocks or pointed objects. This could lead to a loss of vacuum. Even a loss of vacuum does not impair the quality of the coffee over a period of a few weeks and the coffee can be enjoyed without reservation.

Only if an individual coffee package has been unauthorizedly opened do we recommend NOT using it. In this case please let us know and we will deal with the matter. We respect your privacy.
